✒️ The Socialist North Korea Flag, officially known as the national flag of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), already incorporates strong socialist symbolism rooted in its state ideology of Juche and Marxist-Leninist principles. The flag features a central red field flanked by blue stripes and thin white borders, with a prominent red five-pointed star within a white circle near the hoist. The red symbolizes revolutionary spirit and socialism, the star represents the leadership of the Communist Party, and the blue signifies peace and friendship. Unlike conceptual socialist flags in other countries, North Korea's flag is explicitly designed to reflect its socialist identity and remains a central emblem of the regime’s political philosophy.

Astounding quality

The flagmaking tool was easy to use, Vincent the Vexillilologist was incredibly helpful, and the flag quality is top-notch. It's a REAL flag, not some cringey fabric but something that creates a real sense of pride for the entire Council of Andrews. I can't recommend this service highly enough, 11/10 would recommend!!

Shop does not honor return policy!

The flag was sent folded into 16, so there are very visible fold marks.

To send a flag I would expect you would normally roll it around a cardboard tube. I tried to iron it but it didn't do much.

Also, the logo of the company is sewn to the flag. It's a national flag, you shouldn't do that.

Anyway, I requested a return and did explain my reasons, but never got reply.

Hi Jean, Thanks for reaching out! Our flags do indeed arrive folded (this is explored on https://flagmaker-print.com/faq), but these folds can be easily ironed out (low temp settings, put a towel between the flag and iron). Unfortunately we can't deliver flags in rolled up packaging because of packaging size restrictions.

We took a photo from our family album and worked with ChatGPT to create a file that reflected what we wanted. We then took that file and manually uploaded it to Flagmaker. The results were beyond great. When I showed the finished product to our neighbors, they all wanted one. We'll be ordering more soon.
