This exciting new product is part of our ever-expanding PVC Flag Patch Series - an ongoing project dedicated to digitizing and restoring historic Union regimental battle flags using in-house vectorisation tools. Each design is faithfully reproduced from archival sources and original flag scans, preserving the historic details of the regimental colors in a format built for everyday use by service members and the airsoft community.
📐 Each patch is manufactured using PVC micro-injection molding, a technique that creates a flexible, rubber-like surface with exceptional color fidelity and fine detail reproduction. Dimensions are approximately 2x3 inches, sized to the natural ratio of the original flag design.
📜 The 1st Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment is celebrated for its heroic charge on July 2, 1863 at Gettysburg - an act that helped secure the Union line at devastating cost. Today their flag stands as one of the most recognized symbols of Minnesota's early statehood and enduring commitment to the Union.
