Within 1–2 business days, our in-house designers will email you to refine or create your artwork. This professional service is included in the price. -
Casting & Production

Your approved design is converted into a precision-cut aluminum mold.

Liquid soft PVC is micro-injected, layer by layer, to match each color zone.

The filled mold is oven-cured to create a flexible, rubber-like patch.

After cooling, each patch is trimmed, inspected, and fitted with the backing of your choice (hook-and-loop/Velcro® or sew-on).
