✒️ The International Flag of Planet Earth is a proposed flag designed to represent Earth as a unified entity, particularly in the context of space exploration and global cooperation. Created by Swedish designer Oskar Pernefeldt in 2015, the flag features seven interlocking white circles forming a flower-like pattern on a dark blue background. The design symbolizes the interconnectedness of all life on Earth and the planet’s fragile ecosystem, while the blue background represents the oceans and the vastness of space. Though not officially adopted by any government or international body, the flag has been proposed for use in scientific missions and global initiatives to promote a sense of planetary identity and unity.

Astounding quality

The flagmaking tool was easy to use, Vincent the Vexillilologist was incredibly helpful, and the flag quality is top-notch. It's a REAL flag, not some cringey fabric but something that creates a real sense of pride for the entire Council of Andrews. I can't recommend this service highly enough, 11/10 would recommend!!

Shop does not honor return policy!

The flag was sent folded into 16, so there are very visible fold marks.

To send a flag I would expect you would normally roll it around a cardboard tube. I tried to iron it but it didn't do much.

Also, the logo of the company is sewn to the flag. It's a national flag, you shouldn't do that.

Anyway, I requested a return and did explain my reasons, but never got reply.

Hi Jean, Thanks for reaching out! Our flags do indeed arrive folded (this is explored on https://flagmaker-print.com/faq), but these folds can be easily ironed out (low temp settings, put a towel between the flag and iron). Unfortunately we can't deliver flags in rolled up packaging because of packaging size restrictions.

We took a photo from our family album and worked with ChatGPT to create a file that reflected what we wanted. We then took that file and manually uploaded it to Flagmaker. The results were beyond great. When I showed the finished product to our neighbors, they all wanted one. We'll be ordering more soon.
