✒️ The green and white checkered flag is a racing signal used primarily in North American motorsports, particularly in series such as NASCAR and IndyCar, to indicate a restart near the end of a race, commonly referred to as a "green–white–checkered finish." This procedure is implemented when a caution occurs close to the scheduled conclusion of the race, allowing for an attempt to finish under green-flag racing conditions rather than under caution. The sequence begins with the green flag to resume racing, followed by the white flag indicating the final lap, and concludes with the traditional black and white checkered flag to signal the end of the race. The green and white checkered concept is designed to ensure a competitive and fair conclusion to races interrupted by late incidents.

Astounding quality

The flagmaking tool was easy to use, Vincent the Vexillilologist was incredibly helpful, and the flag quality is top-notch. It's a REAL flag, not some cringey fabric but something that creates a real sense of pride for the entire Council of Andrews. I can't recommend this service highly enough, 11/10 would recommend!!

Shop does not honor return policy!

The flag was sent folded into 16, so there are very visible fold marks.

To send a flag I would expect you would normally roll it around a cardboard tube. I tried to iron it but it didn't do much.

Also, the logo of the company is sewn to the flag. It's a national flag, you shouldn't do that.

Anyway, I requested a return and did explain my reasons, but never got reply.

Hi Jean, Thanks for reaching out! Our flags do indeed arrive folded (this is explored on https://flagmaker-print.com/faq), but these folds can be easily ironed out (low temp settings, put a towel between the flag and iron). Unfortunately we can't deliver flags in rolled up packaging because of packaging size restrictions.

We took a photo from our family album and worked with ChatGPT to create a file that reflected what we wanted. We then took that file and manually uploaded it to Flagmaker. The results were beyond great. When I showed the finished product to our neighbors, they all wanted one. We'll be ordering more soon.
