Astounding quality

The flagmaking tool was easy to use, Vincent the Vexillilologist was incredibly helpful, and the flag quality is top-notch. It's a REAL flag, not some cringey fabric but something that creates a real sense of pride for the entire Council of Andrews. I can't recommend this service highly enough, 11/10 would recommend!!

Shop does not honor return policy!

The flag was sent folded into 16, so there are very visible fold marks.

To send a flag I would expect you would normally roll it around a cardboard tube. I tried to iron it but it didn't do much.

Also, the logo of the company is sewn to the flag. It's a national flag, you shouldn't do that.

Anyway, I requested a return and did explain my reasons, but never got reply.

Hi Jean, Thanks for reaching out! Our flags do indeed arrive folded (this is explored on https://flagmaker-print.com/faq), but these folds can be easily ironed out (low temp settings, put a towel between the flag and iron). Unfortunately we can't deliver flags in rolled up packaging because of packaging size restrictions.

We took a photo from our family album and worked with ChatGPT to create a file that reflected what we wanted. We then took that file and manually uploaded it to Flagmaker. The results were beyond great. When I showed the finished product to our neighbors, they all wanted one. We'll be ordering more soon.
