The Christopher Condent Pirate Streamer Flag is a historical maritime flag associated with Christopher Condent (also known as William Condent or "Billy One-Hand"), an English pirate who operated during the Golden Age of Piracy in the early 18th century. Condent was active primarily in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans between approximately 1718 and 1720, and like many pirates of his era, sailed under a distinctive Jolly Roger-style flag to intimidate merchant vessels.

The streamer format — an elongated, narrow pennant measuring 12 feet by 5 inches — was a traditional naval design used to denote a vessel's presence and allegiance, adapted here in the classic black-and-white pirate tradition. Condent's flag is notably associated with a triple skull-and-crossbones motif, one of the more distinctive designs among Golden Age pirate banners.
The streamer proportions of this flag reflect authentic period rigging practice, where long narrow pennants were flown from mastheads to signal identity at great distance. Condent eventually retired from piracy around 1720, reportedly settling in Saint-Malo, France, after a successful career raiding in the Indian Ocean. His flag has since become a subject of interest among maritime historians, flag collectors, and pirate history enthusiasts, representing one of the more documented personal ensigns of the Golden Age of Piracy.
